DIY Member Use

All individuals using the NCM facility MUST be certified NCM members. Crew is NOT provided for DIY projects. Content must follow compliant content guidelines if being distributed by NCM. Exclusive or shared projects that are being distributed by NCM are vetted prior to use. NCM has the right to refuse projects that do not meet the guidelines. NCM distributes content to cable and the internet. Creators can link to all NCM exclusive material. NCM offers several pricing options for DIY use.

Studio B (or Edit Room) - NCM has made it easy to walk in and create a variety of projects. Studio B is equipped with a greenscreen, 2 matching 4K cameras, teleprompter, and several audio options. This studio is best used with another member running the equipment to ensure you are getting the best product possible. Studio B can be used for both video and audio projects. Equipment in this studio can not be moved. Use is very specific. This studio is limited to 4 people in the room (up to 2 people in front of camera, 1 director, 1 operator).

• $25hr - Shared NCM Distribution. Use during business hours. Content can be community or commercial.

• $65hr - No NCM Distribution. Use during or after business hours. Content can be community, commercial or private.

Ask us about our volunteer exchange program to waive these fees.

Studio A (Meetings, Screenings, and Workshops/Classes). NCM has made it easy and affordable for members to walk in and get everything you need.  Studio A is equipped with a stage, lighting, Seating for 100, tables for 20 people, several large screens, projectors, and more. NCM will help you get the A/V and your event up and running. NCM will set up the chairs and or tables, you will be responsible for putting them away. Members can charge for their events if they wish but they handle the transactions. Membership is required to book use.  Recording services available for an additional fee. No outside recording equipment is permitted.

• Free - Use is free if the member is actively working on a fundraiser for NCM. These can be monthly if needed.

• $25hr - Use during business hours for photographers (Mondays only) and small meetings (25 or less).

• $65hr - Use during or after business hours. All days.

• $10hr - Add on recording and or streaming services. (fixed multi-camera system)

NCM Collaboration

Series Collaboration - NCM makes it easy and affordable to help you produce a quality video or audio series. NCM membership is required for our help on series collaborations. Projects are pitched to the NCM team and a series contract is created based on the project’s needs. This contract is for 8 months and must produce 8 episodes.

We work closely with you to achieve the desired outcome for these. These do have specific requirements they must meet. See below for hiring NCM for private projects that exceed these requirements.

Episodes can be no longer than 25 minutes in run time, can be a single or two people on camera/mic, and must be done here in the NCM studio during our business hours. These must be non-commercial programs, shared with NCM for distribution and created during our NCM business hours. For more information, meet with our staff.

• $45 per episode - Single Camera, two person talk show

• $65 per episode - Two Camera talk or tutorial show

• $85 per episode - Three Camera talk or Podcast show

Town Hall & Discussion Event Collaboration - NCM makes it easy and affordable to bring people together, while creating content for those not able to attend. Collaborate with NCM to create a variety of community based events. NCM membership is required for the individual or organization we are collaborating with. Pricing is for a 3 hour block of time and covers set-up, the event, and recording of the event. The studio has a maximum attendance of 100. Crew is provided for this fixed multi-camera live edited recording. Streaming is available upon request for an additional fee.

Projects are pitched to the NCM team and an event contract is created. Projects are designed to produce a quick turn-around. Content will be placed on the NCM channels. See below for hiring NCM for private or projects that exceed these requirements. For more information, meet with our staff.

• $125 - Shared NCM Distribution. Use during or after business hours

Performance Collaboration - NCM makes it easy to put together events such as music performances, plays, comedy acts, etc. Our 4 hour package covers set-up, the performance (recording of the performance), tear down, and some marketing. Crew and staff are provided for this multi-camera live edited performance. Editing is at the discretion of NCM. Initial distribution is at the discretion of NCM, and may include cable, YouTube, Vimeo, and various pay per view channels. NCM only retains the exclusive distribution for 60 days. After that time the video is made available for the performers to use video how they wish. Performers only have access to this edited version, not the raw footage.

The studio has a maximum attendance of 100 (seated or standing). Streaming and editing services are available for an additional fee upon request. You set the ticket price and handle the collection. The contracted entity is financially responsible for covering the NCM costs. The performer is responsible for all outside licensing fees.

• $300 - Shared Distribution. Use during or after hours

Other

Media Package - Do you want to be a part of the process? and create a variety of stuff? If so, this package is for you. It is simple. You sign a contract to be here for the same number of hours, on the same day and time each month. We help you create what you have defined in the contract. This is exclusive for content created in Studio B and or an edit room. Projects can be community based, commercial, or private. This could also be used for one-on-one teaching sessions.

• $65hr - This Media Package is only available during the NCM business hours, and only to NCM members.

Hire our Team - If what you need doesn’t fit into any of the above, NCM offers affordable services. We can be hired for projects in or out of the studio. Membership is not required to hire us but prices are reduced if you are.

• $75hr - Member price for help with community, private, and commercial projects that do not fit in the collaboration options. Any hours. This price is per staff member needed. Request a quote.

• $150hr - Non-Member price for help with community, private, and commercial projects that do not fit in the collaboration options. Any hours. This price is per staff member needed. Request a quote.

• $200hr - Member price for help with your field projects that require multi-camera live streaming and recording. This uses our production truck. Includes 1 staff member to operate the equipment. Power and the internet must be available. Any hours.

• $250hr - Non-Member price for help with your projects that require multi-camera live streaming and recording. This uses our production truck. Power and the internet must be available. Any hours.
